At Kamayog, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help. Please read our policy below carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Product: If the item you received is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
- Missing Items: If parts of your order or accessories are missing.
Timeframe: You must report the issue within 3 to 5 days of receiving the delivery. Requests made after this period may not be entertained.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure fairness and prevent fraudulent claims, an unboxing video is mandatory for all return or missing item claims.
- The video must be clear and uncut (without pauses).
- It must show the package label and the opening of the seal from all sides.
- Without video proof, we may be unable to process claims for missing or damaged items.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene reasons, certain categories of products are not eligible for return if the seal is broken or if the product has been used. These include:
- Personal care and hygiene products.
- Items meant for intimate use.
- Consumables/supplements once opened.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@kamayog.com within the eligible timeframe.
- Include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and attach the Unboxing Video and photos of the product.
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and we receive the product back at our warehouse:
- We will inspect the item to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging (with tags/labels intact).
- If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details to process the transfer.
6. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. The full amount will be refunded.
- After Shipping: If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. You may refuse the delivery, but shipping charges (if any) may be deducted from your refund.
