1. Processing Time
- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order details.
- Dispatch Time: We usually process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
- Delays: If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to stock unavailability or other issues, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across India. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹999). This will be clearly indicated on the website during checkout.
3. Delivery Estimates
Our delivery partners aim to deliver your package as quickly as possible.
- Metro Cities: 3 – 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 – 7 business days.
- Remote Areas: 7 – 10 business days.
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, courier delays, or festive seasons.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Tracking ID and a link via email/SMS. You can use this link to track the real-time status of your package.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for eligible pin codes.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to pay cash and receive the package.
- We reserve the right to decline COD for certain high-value orders or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. We do not ship internationally at this moment.
7. Damaged or Open Packages
If you receive a package that looks tampered with, opened, or damaged, please do not accept the delivery.
- Refuse the package from the courier boy.
- Immediately contact our customer support at contact@kamayog.com with your Order ID.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund for you immediately.
